By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: 

  • Identify personal and professional factors that contribute to educator fatigue and diminished energy. 

  • Understand the concept of sustainability in teaching as it relates to boundaries, efficiency, and restoration. 

  • Reflect on current practices that either drain or refill their energy throughout the school day. 

  • Apply practical, low-lift strategies to protect capacity and sustain enthusiasm in the classroom. 

  • Commit to at least one sustainable shift that supports long-term well-being and effectiveness as an educator.
