With an impressive 27-year journey at the YMCA, Scott Baughman is the Vice President of Organizational Development. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of the YMCA and enhancing its impact on both the staff and the community.​

Scott's dedication to staff development has been a cornerstone of his career. Under his leadership, the YMCA has witnessed advancements in staff training, creating a culture that values continuous learning and personal development.​
​
In addition to his contributions to staff development, Scott has been at the forefront of driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiatives within the YMCA. He has spearheaded programs that promote diversity and ensure that the YMCA remains a welcoming space for all. His efforts have not only strengthened the organization internally but have also had a positive impact on the communities served by the YMCA.
